2024-2025 "PITCH IN" OPPORTUNITIES

With the start of the 2024 fall session, Angels will take part in the Sun City Softball events and administer collections for the community. Our Angels committee set up the 2024-2025 softball and community support opportunities we call "Pitch In". You'll find them below.  Watch for details before each "Pitch In" occasion.

Food drives (Fall and Spring Annually)

Your Angels in the Outfield Committee wish to thank you for your participation in the "Pitch In" Campaigns. This Softball Family contributes generously bi-annually $3.000 in food and cash. All collections benefit those community members in need through Valley View Community Food Bank.  

Thank You to our many Angels Volunteers! You give your time and caring personalities to help at the collection sites. Nicely played ladies and gentlemen!               

Bring non-perishable food items and/or wallet or checkbook with you to the field.                                                     

Suggestions:  Peanut butter, canned soup, canned fruit, canned vegetables, canned stew, canned fish, canned or Dried beans, pasta (most prefer whole grain), rice (most prefer brown rice), oatmeal, pasta sauce and canned tomatoes, shelf stable milk, and sugar/flour.

Size Large helps families! OR Bring your wallets, checkbooks. 

Tuesdays and Thursdays in October.   

Angels in the Outfield committee and volunteers will be on hand to collect cash donations. Make checks payable to: Sun City Softball/Angels

Let's help restock Valleyview Food Bank's Shelves and help out those who have less!

The Memorial is a service offered to all members, their families and friends. Let’s plan to gather together to remember, to honor, and to recognize. We remember those in our club who passed on before us during this softball season.
